Ka24de+Wiring specialties harness - $600 in Abbotsford, British Columbia for sale

I have this KA24DE engine out of a 1992 Automatic 240sx. I bought it off someone for a project and the chasis I had was just garbage so now I've decided to move onto different things. Never got the chance to compression test or do anything with it. But I'm open to negotiation and not everything has to be sold together but it's definitely preferred.

Anyways for what im asking I'll include the brandnew wiring harness I ordered from WS, ECU, Gauge cluster and obviously everything thats on the motor. Also have the distributor on my shelf here inside.

motor has the injectors, both manifolds and alternator with it. Unfortunately the starter never came with it when I bought it. Gauge cluster for it says it had 261xxx Km on it. being that its out of an auto I would expect that it wasn't beat to badly in her life.
