Our process...


After cleaning the headlight we sand down the lens with increasingly finer grades of automotive sandpaper. In most cases we machine sand the lens followed by hand sanding. After sanding the lens with several different grits of paper we then use a special plastic polishing compound to polish out the sanding marks. As with the sanding stage, we use increasingly finer polishes and finally a glaze to give your headlights a brilliantly clear appearance. Once the restoration is complete we top the headlights with 2 coats of an optically clear headlight sealant. We recommend bringing your car back in 6 months for a re-application of this sealant at no extra charge!
