2011 Keystone Cougar MKS326 Fifth Wheel - Fraser Valley in Abbotsford, British Columbia for sale

Selling our beautiful Cougar fifth wheel. This unit originally sold for over $77,000 new, it has 4 slides, a powerful AC unit and propane heating (including a heated basement storage area). All parts were last inspected/fully serviced summer 2017. No major trips have occurred since this service (unit has moved approximately 100kms since this time). All mechanical parts are in excellent working condition and no breakdowns/repairs have occurred. The unit was mostly in storage and as such does not have a lot of wear and tear, everything is clean and the entire unit has been winterized.
The unit includes a polar package and extended turn package (you can make far tighter turns while hauling the unit, I cannot overstate how useful this is pulling such a large unit!).

Bedroom: Full queen bed, ample closet space. Hookups in place to add a second television and AC unit (TV and AC already included in the living space).
Bathroom: Shower, sink, porcelain toilet, medicine cabinet and closet.
Kitchen: Double sink, very abundant counter space and cupboards, stove/oven and fridge/freezer.
Living: Dining table with four chairs, two rocking chairs, fold out couch, flatscreen TV and stereo. Ample storage space (more storage available in the basement storage area). AC unit rests above the living area and can be vented throughout the entire unit.
