This is a 2006 Gulf Stream 32' Trailer. It has a 3 burner propane range with stove, microwave and full-size fridge. It also has a very good heater that will keep you warm in -25 and an AC that will keep you cool at +30. This is built for all climate conditions. We have a 4000 watt Champion generator that will go with the trailer and lot. We purchased the trailer in 2012 and have upgraded the bed and flooring in the trailer. The bed has a memory foam mattress for additional comfort.

The trailer has on-demand water both hot and cold. The trailer has a dual propane tank setup and we upgraded the batteries allows for many hours of use without recharging.

We also have a 1200 litre water tank that is perfect for ensuring that you don't have to worry about water. The tank allows you to run the toilet, shower or sinks any time of day. Kennedy lake has a water delivery service that they charge about $35.00/fill. A fill would last us about 1/2 a season of use.

My wife placed a flower bed over the fire pit that has wild flowers that bloom in the summer. We cut the fire pit into the bank to allow for privacy and shelter from the wind on those cool spring and fall nights when you are sitting around the fire.

We built an outhouse with a very deep hole that will allow for many years of service before needing to move the house.

The trailer is currently located at Kennedy Lake Resort and this is perfect for a family or outdoorsmen. We are on the back side and our neighbours are absolutely fantastic.The lot is approximately 100 x 85 ft that allows for all the privacy you will need. There is a lake where the kids swim in the summer and fish. They also clear the ice to allow for skating in the winter. This is a perfect family location.
